Welcome to Devon Carer

My name is Rita, I am a private carer and counsellor with over 30 years’ experience of caring for people either in a care or a community setting or caring for people in their own homes. As a counsellor, I am able to see clients either in my office in North Devon or in the comfort of the clients own home. I am psychiatric and dementia care trained and I am a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I am guided by the code of ethics and professional standards and ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I have also accrued extensive training with the Samaritans.

I am based in North Devon. 

I hold a current DBS (CRB) police check.
